Cupping

Cupping is a traditional practice in which a therapist applies suction cups to the body, drawing blood to the surface of the skin. This method is used for a variety of purposes, including pain relief, improving circulation, inflammation reduction, and blood flow improvement.
Dry Needling
Dry needling uses a thin filiform needle to penetrate the skin and stimulate the underlying myofascial trigger points, muscular and connective tissues for relief of neuromusculoskeletal pain and movement impairments.

Benefits of dry needling when performed with other therapies are:

Electrical Stimulation

Electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) is a technique that uses electrical impulses to stimulate muscles. It can be done with special devices that have electrodes that are applied to the skin. The electrical current from the electrodes causes the muscles to contract. The most common forms include transcutaneous electric nerve stimulation (TENS) and electrical muscle stimulation (EMS).
IASTYM Treatment
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) is a process in which the therapist uses a set of hand-held instruments to detect and treat areas of adhesion that may result from surgery, immobilization, or repetitive strain. Using these methods, the adhesions are broken down allowing the patient to regain function.

Kinesio Taping

Laser Therapy

Laser therapy is a medical procedure that uses a concentrated beam of light to treat tissue. The term LASER stands for light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation. Lasers can be used for a variety of medical purposes, including cutting, burning, and destroying tissue. The laser beam is so small and precise that it allows healthcare providers to safely treat tissue without damaging the surrounding area.
Manipulation

Manual therapy, also known as manipulative therapy, is a hands-on treatment that is primarily used by physical therapists, and occupational therapists to treat musculoskeletal pain and disability. It involves kneading and manipulating muscles, as well as mobilizing and manipulating joints.
Mechanical Traction

Mechanical Traction is a form of decompressions therapy that helps relieve pressure on the spine and increases the movement of joints. Benefits associated with this type of therapy include pain relief, a non-surgical option to patient care, and prompts healing. If your neck or back is bothering you, don’t hesitate to try mechanical traction to relieve pressure on these two pain pints.

Manual Therapy

Manual therapy is completed utilizing skilled passive mobilization of the joints treated and working on specific movements to improve overall tolerance of activities. It is intended to improve tissue extensibility, increase range of motion, modulate pain, and reduce inflammation. Combined with mobilization of the soft tissue surrounding the joint, manual therapy can be very beneficial to the recovery of a patient.
Spine Surgery Rehab

Spine surgery rehabilitation can occur before a major spine surgery and also after, once cleared by the surgeon. It provides an individualized rehabilitation program including manual therapy, modalities for pain relief and a specific exercise program to improve functional mobility and assist with the return to prior level of activities.

Total Joint Rehab
There are two parts associated with total joint rehabilitation: pre-operative and post-operative rehabilitation.

Pre-operative total joint rehabilitation includes exercises to strengthen muscles prior to joint replacement surgery and provides valuable education learning regarding what to expect following joint replacement surgery.

Post-operative rehabilitation, the process following joint replacement surgery, includes outpatient rehabilitation at our facility which involves progressive exercises to improve range of motion and increase strength as well as manual therapy techniques to reduce post-operative pain and inflammation.
