Avala Hosts Community Food Distribution
Covington, Louisiana – Here at Avala, our healthcare stretches throughout our local communities. We know that the COVID-19 pandemic has caused strain on the local food pantries and Avala has stepped up to assist with fulfilling that shortfall.
Avala is hosting a community food distribution in order to provide local families with needed non-perishable items to create a healthy meal of red beans, rice, canned vegetables, and corn bread.
It is our hope that this donation to our community can help alleviate some stress surrounding the effects COVID-19 has had on our economy.
Avala would like to thank Sam’s Wholesale Club, Acquistapace’s, and Fresh Market for their generous donations.
