Stacey is working to build the foundation for the hospital’s revenue cycle management process by investing in a new system to manage the organization’s billing and collection activities, ensuring that ultimate reimbursement is provided for services. Ensuring AVALA meets relevant compliance guidelines for financial regulations, Stacey also identifies and manages financial risks related to investments, financing, and insurance.
